Welcome to Green Coach Made Simple, LLC!

The mission of Green Coach Made Simple, LLC is to assist small business owners and home owners in creating a more sustainable environment.

Why? We take for granted that we have air to breathe, clean water to drink, land to live on, good food to eat, a cell phone, a computer…etc. etc. etc…

Did you ever stop to think that these things we take for granted come from finite resources – not infinite resources? That maybe someday some if not all of these things may no longer be available because we simple ran out or worse yet, that we have destroyed the integrity of the resources so it can no longer be used?

Some not-so-fun facts about today’s environment:

The average home contributes more air pollution than does the average car!

To produce each week's Sunday newspapers, 500,000 trees must be cut down.

The average American uses seven trees a year in paper, wood, and other products made from trees. This amounts to about 2,000,000,000 trees per year!

Plastic bags and other plastic garbage thrown into the ocean kill as many as 1,000,000 sea creatures every year!

In the last decade the Post Carbon Institute and other non-profit energy groups warned that depletion of giant oilfields and declining oil discoveries would lead to a situation of higher petroleum prices and tight supplies beginning before 2010.

A study by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in 2002 warned that the human race is plundering the planet at a pace that outstrips its capacity to support life.

And this list isn’t even beginning to scratch the surface!
